- Education, training & mentorship programmes – We are committed to providing equal opportunities for career advancement and creating a culture of inclusion that welcomes everyone.
- Gender equity – Our deep-rooted culture of gender diversity has narrowed the gender gap, resulting in a 50/50 equal gender split at bedigital.
- Raising awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion – Our podcast and social media channels cover important topics such as Women in Tech and neurodiversity, encouraging discussion across the wider industry.

As an IT solutions consultancy, it is vital to recognise the environmental impacts of the tech industry.
Our sustainability strategy includes:
- ITAM supporting ‘greener IT’ – Our software and hardware asset management services help clients optimise their IT resources, cut e-waste, and promote efficient resource use.
- Partnership with Just One Tree – bedigital plants 50 trees for every Tech Leaders Podcast episode. This initiative creates rural employment, rehomes wildlife, and to date, has absorbed approximately 539 tonnes of CO2.
- Minimising our digital footprint – We’ve optimised our website to minimise energy use and reduce environmental impact. We also partner with a leading green hosting provider that runs on 100% renewable energy.

Collaboration is a core value at bedigital and we believe in supporting one another to create a positive impact, by:
- Volunteering paid days – We encourage our staff to use one working day a year to volunteer or fundraise for a charity of their choice.
- Team charity initiatives – We organise and encourage employees to volunteer for community team days, focusing on providing practical support to charities.
- Specialist mentoring – We work with local Welsh businesses and educational establishments to advise on the recruitment and general career guidance for upcoming talent.
