Our team of technical experts understand the digital economy and its impact on employees and organisations. Our technical team devise and deliver the strategy, complemented by our talent augmentation and acquisition team who conduct detailed skill gap analysis and ensure these gaps are plugged in preparation for our smooth exit.
Our unique service offering is disrupting the traditional recruitment agency and SI model, in a way which is far more aligned with the demands of the modern-day enterprise. We have experienced significant growth in recent years and have very ambitious plans and a bright future. To support this, we are looking to grow our team in Cardiff with equally ambitious and like-minded individuals.
Working closely with our business development and client engagement team, you will be supporting them to pipeline and deliver resources for new and existing client projects. A typical day will consist of talent sourcing and coordination, building talent pools and candidate management. You will be expected to take ownership of your roles and keep all internal stakeholders briefed on your progress. Supported by a great team, you will be encouraged to work autonomously and effectively represent the bedigital group of brands.
Accurately evaluate candidates and manage through recruitment life-cycle
Build network of talent pools
Ensure continuous talent pipeline for future projects
Build strong relationships with your network, keeping in touch with current and future potential associates
Have regular meetings and / or dialogue with the Associates that you place out on projects
CRM Management - Keep the CRM up to date and GDPR compliant management, tracking all activity through our system to ensure continuity and efficiency
