Paul Matthews
Commercial Director
Paul has acquired over 20 years’ experience leading IT projects, blue chip in-house sourcing functions, international mobility solutions and change management projects within the UK and Europe, with a strong history of implementing project solutions and dealing with digital transformation. Paul founded bedigital in 2014, with a vision to partner clients to empower them to achieve their digital goals.
He likes to wind down by playing golf, cycling, and taking city breaks with his wife and 3 children – especially Barcelona, Lisbon and Rome.
Richard Tyler
Transformation Director
Richard is Bedigital's Transformation director and leads transformation engagements with our clients, working with Senior and Executive Leadership teams to define, plan and implement change, and is also head of the delivery practice to optimize the services we provide to our clients.
Richard like walking and tries to do one long distance path a year, a favourite being Offa's dyke which he did a few years ago. Walking with company allows him to partake in his other favourite pastime, that of philosophical debate.
Gareth Davies
Sales Director
As Sales Director, Gareth looks after the client acquisition strategy for bedigital. Having worked within technology services businesses for 15 years, he helps organisations maximise their technology capabilities, and has built highly skilled teams for both the public and private sectors. Gareth also makes the odd appearance on Radio Five Live and hosts the Tech Leaders Podcast.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching his daughters practice TaeKwondo, and waxing lyrical on the subjects of stoicism and cryptocurrencies
